HPG Cascade Priming Stack
Gonadorelin + Kisspeptin-10 Upstream Relay Model
A two-tier research model of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal cascade. Kisspeptin-10 acts as the upstream trigger, while Gonadorelin directly provides the GnRH signal.
Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide of the KISS1 gene product and the endogenous obligate activator of GnRH neurons. Gonadorelin is a synthetic decapeptide identical in sequence to endogenous GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone). This stack positions the two compounds at adjacent rungs of the same neuroendocrine ladder: Kisspeptin-10 at the hypothalamic trigger level and Gonadorelin at the pituitary receptor level.
